When you place your order before 2 p.m. Central time, it will generally be processed the same day and ship within 1-3 business days. Many of the items available on our site will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer's warehouses around the country, and should arrive within a few days with the exception of custom items. Additional shipping charges (if applicable) will display in your shopping cart before you make the final decision to check out.
Seat Covers, Car Covers and Dashboard Covers are all made to order, and the additional production time can add up to 2-3 weeks to your final delivery date.
Items that are being shipped within the continental United States will be sent via either FedEx or UPS ground shipping methods, and we will provide a tracking number for your convenience via email as soon as your order has been completely shipped. Orders that are shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will require an additional shipping charge, so please contact us before placing your order to get shipping and delivery time estimates. We do not currently ship orders outside of the United States. If you place an order without requesting and confirming an additional shipping charge, you will be automatically billed for the applicable rate.
While we do offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses for some items, please contact us for more information before placing your order.
AutoMatStore.com offers free ground shipping on all of our products to both commercial and residential addresses within the U.S.; however, free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping charges to those two locations are available on the checkout page before you place your order. AutoMatStore.com reserves the right to change or end the Free Shipping offer at any time.
